A community tradition for 26 years and a popular staple in Acadiana's cultural and social calendar, the Downtown Alive! (DTA!) 2009 season kicks off Sept. 11th. The Fall 2009 series promises to once again, bring great entertainment in the form of free, family-friendly, outdoor concerts to downtown Lafayette.

DTA! begins at 5:30 p.m. with food & beverage concessions - musical performances from 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. DTA! is a free event sponsored by Cox, Kleinpeter Farms Dairy, Lafayette Coca Cola, The Louisiana Campaign for Tobacco-Free Living, and Slap Ya Mama Cajun Products.
