Skipper the Travel Dog was born in Baja California, Mexico, but moved to "El Norte", i.e. the U.S,.in 2016 when he adopted his human, travelwriter Wendy Lemlin. Since then he has traveled all throughout the U.S., "writing" articles about pet-friendly travel for numerous publications.
