The 14th annual eight-day Cinema on the Bayou Film Festival, the second oldest film festival in Louisiana, will be held at various venues in and around Lafayette on January 23-30, 2019. The Festival will screen nearly 200 narrative, documentary, animated and experimental films from around the world, with hundreds of filmmakers, actors, producers and other industry professionals in attendance. In addition to the film screenings, there will be nightly social events, live music performances and expert panel discussions on all aspects of independent films and filmmaking. This year's Festival will include a cultural partnership with the Quebec City Film Festival, which will present French language films with the festival's founder and director in attendance.
