Let’s do brunch! Second Saturday mornings are looking a little different here at Gator Cove. Become a part of our new, exclusive brunch series, Boudin and Waffles. Enjoy some of the best boudin from the Lafayette Cajun Boudin Trail, while the Cypress Brass Band performs a jazz-style set live with some Louisiana music friends sitting in.

This Saturday, October 8th, brunch-style craft cocktails start at 10 am, and plated Boudin and Waffles begin at 11.
