Free 3 day Family friendly festival: Carnival, Arts & Crafts, Live Music and Entertainment, Cook-off, Spanish Genealogy, Parade down Historic Main Street, Car Show, Crochet Ceiling down Church Alley, and Thanksgiving Mass for the founding families of New Iberia: Romero, Viator, Segura, Prados, Migues, Gary, & Lopez
New Iberia was founded on the banks of the Bayou Teche by a group of Spaniards from Malaga, Spain in 1779.
Still today, we celebrate our Spanish ancestry and culture through the exchange of food, music, art, and history!
