The Acadiana Po-boy Festival celebrates the legacy of the humble "po-boy" sandwich, expands its boundaries, and seeks to promote the culture & hospitality of Acadiana through food, music and fun! Held in Downtown Lafayette at Parc San Souci, the Acadiana Po-boy Festival has over 25 vendors selling some of the best poboys Acadiana has to offer. With refreshing beverages, unique and one of a kind arts and crafts, kids activities, live entertainment, the "Po-boy Eating Contest", "Best of the Fest Po-boy" and more...this festival is sure to make you say "Laissez les Po-boys Rouler!"

Entry to the festival is free but food, drinks and merchandise will be available for purchase through participating vendors.
