Registration Fees

Registration covers everything listed below each category.

The following will be on your own costs:

  • Rental car if desired.
  • Gratuities for Dine Around, hotel bell service, tour guides, etc.
  • Activities not part of the planned meeting itinerary.
  • Incidentals at hotel (room service, phone calls, business services, etc.).

Actives - $125 per person

 

Includes hotel accommodations, meals, conference activities and ground transportation. Lafayette Travel will provide a $200 stipend for Actives who attend the Fall 2017 meeting in Lafayette to help defray travel expenses.

Associates - $150 per person

 

Includes meals, conference activities and ground transportation.

Guests - $200 per person

 

Includes meals, tours and ground transportation; must share room with companion or pay associates room rate if private room is requested.
