Thank you for bringing your event and business to Lafayette, LA. We offer a variety of services to help make your meeting planning easier.

To request convention services please fill out the form below at least 30 days prior to convention date. Please note that not all meeting or events will qualify for convention services. If you have questions about our convention services and whether your meeting qualifies please contact us.
