EatLafayette Registration

The annual EatLafayette campaign by Lafayette Travel is here and we are excited to once again support locally owned restaurants that make up the Lafayette culinary scene. With a new year comes new changes. We are excited to announce that after 14 years of partnering with Calzone & Associates to produce our annual EatLafayette campaign, Lafayette Travel will be taking the campaign in-house for the 15th anniversary. We want to thank Calzone & Associates, in particular, Julie Calzone, for her years of service to the local restaurant industry through this annual campaign.

With this change comes a new focus for EatLafayette. While we will maintain our promotions and activities we’ve done in the past to encourage and educate the general public about eating local, we are working more towards a local food’s movement that aides our local restaurants and provides resources to better serve the food community here in Lafayette. More details on upcoming events and other opportunities to get involved with this movement will be shared later in the campaign.

This year’s EatLafayette campaign will run from June 16 – September 15. Early bird registration is open now and will end on April 15. The deadline to be included in the campaign is May 15.

What You Need To Do

  • Fill out the registration form below as completely as possible as the info you provide will be displayed on
  • Once your registration form has been submitted you will be redirected to the payment page. Please note if you are a LAMM Foods customer they will cover your EatLafayette registration and you do not need to submit payment. You simply need to select yes to that question in the registration form below.
  • Once your payment has been confirmed you will be notified via email with instructions on how to access EatLafayette's member portal where you can upload images and special events, as well as see how many views and clicks your listings receive throughout the campaign.

Promotions (Optional)

Promotions for the campaign are optional and do not need to be a discount or a buy something get something free. We recommend using your promotion to add value to the customer experience and can range from a fixed price coursed meal to a highlighted menu item like the examples below. Promotions should be valid throughout the EatLafayette campaign (June 16 – September 15).

  • Café Vermilionville: Four course menu for $25 when you mention EatLafayette.
  • Social Southern Table & Bar: Mention EatLafayette to receive specialty menu item-grilled pork chop with peach butter, roasted cabbage wedge, potlicker sauce and any wine by the glass for $22


Taste of EatLafayette Kick-Off Event (Optional)

The Taste of EatLafayette Kick-Off event will be held on Tuesday, June 18 at the CAJUNDOME Convention Center in conjunction with the Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off. Participating restaurants are asked to provide bite-sized samples for attendees of the event. The event is a great way to promote your restaurant to an active dining crowd. More details will be made available following the registration deadline. Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited space.


DJ Dine Around (Optional)

Through our partnership with TownSquare Media radio stations (96.5 KPEL, 99.9 KTDY, HOT 107.9, 97.3 The Dawg, ESPN 1420, Planet Radio 105.1) they are offering to create short promotional videos hosted by station DJs to be aired on their social media channels as well as their website. The restaurant also receives the final video for their use year-round. Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited space and includes a $50 production fee to TownSquare Media.

FlyLafayette Club Sponsor (Optional)

To be a sponsor of the FlyLafayette Club requires your restaurant to provide 13 $25 gift certificates for them to use in their monthly giveaways to FlyLafayette members. The sponsorship is optional and a great way to promote your restaurant to their thousands of members throughout the year.
