Founded by Lawrence “Teet” Deville and his wife Ruby, the business began as a small grocery and meat market where Mr. Teet perfected his signature smoked sausage, tasso, and ponce recipes, many that are still used today. Now run by his son Chris and grandson Luke, Teet’s offers a full menu of smoked meats including pork ribs, slab bacon, turkey necks, andouille, and ham hocks. Special requests like smoked rabbits or hens are welcome, and nationwide shipping is available with a $30 minimum.
