4 cups of fresh clean corn
1 cup cream
6 strips of bacon
1 tablespoon flour
1 onion, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon season all
1. Clean corn and cut lengthwise into very small pieces, then scrape with the back of knife to get juice. In a large pot cut bacon into small strips and cook until slightly crunchy.
2. Add flour, onions, tomato, bell pepper, and garlic and cook until tender.
3. Pour fresh corn, cream and sugar into pot. Add seasoning to taste.
4. Cook mixture on low until tender.
5. Remove and serve
