Tickets are available at the CAJUNDOME Box Office or Ticketmaster.com

The Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) State Volleyball Championships return to Lafayette this week, November 10-12, playing at the CAJUNDOME for year one of a three-year commitment. Last year the event was held in Lafayette as a result of damage to the Pontchartrain Center from Hurricane Ida.

Quarterfinal competition begins Thursday, November 10. Play-off action continues with semifinals on Friday, and championship games for all divisions are set to play Saturday, November 12.

Tickets are on sale as of Monday, November 7 at 10:00 am and are available for $16.50 per ticket if purchased at the CAJUNDOME Box Office or online with additional convenience fees through Ticketmaster.com. Separate tickets are required for each day of competitive play.

“We are excited to welcome back the LHSAA State Volleyball Championships after a wildly successful event last year that led to a 3-year commitment, said Ben Berthelot, President & CEO of the Lafayette Convention and Visitors Commission. “There are several local teams participating and it is important that our community support this event like we did last year. We encourage fans to purchase tickets at the CAJUNDOME Box office to avoid Ticketmaster fees.”

Nine local teams are qualified for opening quarterfinal play on Thursday, including returning champions St. Thomas More in Division II and Norte Dame in Division IV.
