Lafayette Travel and EatLafayette are excited to announce the official launch of the Po-boy Trail, a new culinary experience that shines a spotlight on one of Louisiana’s most beloved foods, the po-boy. This self-guided trail features more than 70 restaurants and specialty shops across Lafayette Parish, each serving up their own take on the iconic sandwich.

From classic fried shrimp and roast beef to creative twists featuring alligator, the Po-boy Trail is designed to help visitors and locals discover Lafayette’s food scene through this legendary handheld staple.

“The Po-boy Trail is a fun, flavorful way to explore the creativity of our local chefs and restaurants while celebrating a Louisiana classic,” said Ben Berthelot, President & CEO of Lafayette Travel.

The trail is now live at LafayetteTravel.com/Poboys, and printed brochures are available at Lafayette’s Visitor Center (1400 North West Evangeline Thruway) and Downtown Administrative Offices (1100 Lafayette Street).

The Po-boy Trail joins a growing lineup of culinary initiatives curated by Lafayette Travel and EatLafayette. Together, they aim to highlight the unique food culture of Lafayette Parish and support the businesses that make the region a top culinary destination.
