    I like Mardi Gras out here because it’s not to little and it’s not too much
     
  2. What's your favorite local restaurant and what's your go to order?
    Boutin’s blackened shrimp poboy.
     
  3. What's one thing people don't know about Lafayette but should?
    Lafayette is really a community and one big family
     
  4. Where is your favorite spot to catch live music?
    Downtown area especially Downtown Alive!
     
  5. What's your favorite outdoor activity or attraction in Lafayette?
    I love Moncus Park the vibe out there is immaculate.
     
  6. Which swamp animal do you relate to the most?
    Definitely an alligator, because my name is caemon and caiman’s are alligator’s.
     

  7. What’s your favorite kind of poboy?
    Blackened Shrimp poboy.
     

  8. Have you ever tried to cook a cajun dish, if so what? If not, which dish would you want to learn about and why?
    I’ve tried to cook crawfish étouffée.
     

  9. What’s your favorite holiday and or season in Lafayette and why?
    I love Spring time in laffy, that’s when all the events start to come around again.
     

  10. If you could eat one Cajun dish every day, what would it be?
    Boudin / Boudin Balls

  1. What's your favorite event in Lafayette each year and why?
    My favorite event will have to be baseball season because it starts to get hot again and Mardi Gras is during the season as well.
     
  2. What's your favorite local restaurant and what's your go to order?
    My favorite local restaurant is Deano’s and i enjoy trying the pizzas of the month when i go.
     
  3. What's one thing people don't know about Lafayette but should?
    One thing people don’t know about Lafayette but should is the culture of people, food, and festivals.
     
  4. Where is your favorite spot to catch live music?
    My favorite spot for live music is El Paso on friday nights. I usually go there after friday night games and it’s a great environment.
     
  5. What's your favorite outdoor activity or attraction in Lafayette?
    My favorite outdoor activity is cypress lake on campus because it is a nice stop in between my classes.
     
  6. Which swamp animal do you relate to the most?
    I relate to an alligator the most because I am pretty quiet but also have a different side that can be more loud and aggressive when playing baseball.
     

  7. What’s your favorite kind of poboy?
    My favorite kind of poboy is shrimp poboy.
     

  8. Have you ever tried to cook a cajun dish, if so what? If not, which dish would you want to learn about and why?
    I have never tried to cook a cajun dish but would love to make a gumbo one day.

    I like the spring in Lafayette because it’s baseball season and crawfish season.

    If i could eat one cajun dish forever it would be gumbo.

    I have not, but I would want to cook a gumbo.
