Definitely an alligator, because my name is caemon and caiman’s are alligator’s.

I’ve tried to cook crawfish étouffée.
What’s your favorite holiday and or season in Lafayette and why?
I love Spring time in laffy, that’s when all the events start to come around again.
If you could eat one Cajun dish every day, what would it be?
Boudin / Boudin Balls
Which swamp animal do you relate to the most?
I relate to an alligator the most because I am pretty quiet but also have a different side that can be more loud and aggressive when playing baseball.

My favorite kind of poboy is shrimp poboy.

I have never tried to cook a cajun dish but would love to make a gumbo one day.
What’s your favorite holiday and or season in Lafayette and why?
I like the spring in Lafayette because it’s baseball season and crawfish season.
If you could eat one Cajun dish every day, what would it be?
If i could eat one cajun dish forever it would be gumbo.

An Egret.

Fall, it’s cross country and football season.
